Delivery & returns

Template to be adapted by the store before going live.

Delivery

We deliver in Marrakech and, depending on store settings, to other Moroccan cities. Fees and lead times are shown at checkout based on your delivery zone.

Each order is confirmed by phone before preparation. Payment is made in cash on delivery.

Prescription products

Glasses with prescription lenses are made to measure. Preparation starts once our optician has validated your prescription.

Returns

Return and exchange conditions are to be specified by the store (time limit, product condition, exclusions for made-to-measure lenses and opened contact lenses).
